The 20XX Boost by Freakshow Amplification is true bypass, small in size, and capable of 30 Db of clean boost!  It is based on a single gain stage of the Big Muff pedal...although it does not have much "color" to it at all.
This is the same exact circuit used to make the "9" pedals and 20xx Boosts that were used frequently by Jeff Tweedy and Nels Kline of Wilco.
